CheckedUp is the premier specialty patient education platform at the point of care. They drive practice revenue and increase patient satisfaction and engagement. Over the years I've been contracted by their strategic development team to craft new experiences and offerings. The latest challenge was to create a telemedicine experience that re-thought their in-office platform into a fully digital experience.
The result was Virtual Visits, a specialty-driven telemedicine solution that adds value across the entire clinic. I created the user experience for the suite of products under Virtual Visits including the Virtual Waiting Room, Virtual Exam Room, and the Physician Dashboard. I was also responsible for designing and developing the micro-site to promote Virtual Visits. In addition to Virtual Visits, I've worked with CheckedUp to produce additional product experiences such as the Digital Bookshelf, the Representative Access Portal, and their website re-design.
